Compliance at scale
Managing electrical compliance for one Bristol property is straightforward. Managing it across ten, twenty or fifty properties, each with its own EICR renewal date, alarm check history and HMO licence deadline, is a different problem entirely — and it's exactly the kind of admin that quietly slips through the cracks when a landlord or agent is juggling everything else that comes with running a portfolio.
We work with landlords holding multiple properties and letting agents managing compliance on behalf of several landlords to become the single contractor who knows every property's status at a glance — what's current, what's due, and what needs booking next — rather than you having to remember, or re-discover, each property's history every time a certificate is about to lapse.
In practice, that means we hold a record of every property's last EICR, alarm check and any HMO licensing dates, and we get in touch proactively ahead of each renewal rather than waiting for you to notice a certificate has expired. For letting agents, this also means a consistent point of contact your whole team can direct landlords and tenants to, rather than each branch or property manager sourcing a different electrician.
What's included
- A record of every property's compliance status & history
- Proactive renewal reminders ahead of every deadline
- Batch-booking & scheduling across nearby properties to save you time
- Volume pricing across EICRs, alarms and PAT testing
- Single monthly or per-job invoicing, whichever suits your accounts
How it works
We start with a straightforward audit — a list of your properties along with any known compliance dates you already hold. From there we build a simple renewal calendar and start reaching out ahead of each deadline, batching nearby properties into the same visit where it saves everyone time and money. You're not locked into anything; it's simply a standing arrangement that means you stop having to think about individual renewal dates yourself.
Pricing
There's no separate management fee — you simply get preferential per-property pricing on EICRs, alarm checks and PAT testing once we're working across your whole portfolio, plus the reminder and scheduling service included as standard. The more properties on the arrangement, the better the per-property rate.
Frequently asked questions
It works well from around five properties upwards, though we're happy to talk through smaller portfolios too — the reminder service alone is often worth it.

No problem — we log the existing dates and simply pick up the renewal cycle from there.
